WHAT IS JERRY?

JERRY is an independently owned online hospitality and beverage education and certification program created by Crafty Pte. Ltd. JERRY offers five online certificate programs including Level I Beverage & Hospitality, Level II Beverage & Hospitality, Level III Hospitality Management, Level IV Beverage Management, and Level V Advanced Beverage & Hospitality Management, covering the full spectrum of beverage, hospitality, preparation, operations, ethics and leadership.

 

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR JERRY?

For those interested in registering for a JERRY Certificate Program, learners must register via the website’s Purchase page. Once the purchase has been made, the learner will receive a welcome email from JERRY, prompting the learner to set their password and begin their learning journey. Learner’s progress is saved automatically, and a learner can login anytime at jerryglobal.com.

 

HOW DOES JERRY WORK?

Once registered, learners will receive an email from JERRY that will prompt them to login and set their password via jerryglobal.com. Learners have 365 days to complete the JERRY Certificate Program. Each program is separated into 24 courses. Each course includes reading, video, suggested activity, and a 10-question quiz. Learners are given five attempts to pass each quiz. Quiz questions cover course material and are smart, meaning they will change with each successive quiz attempt. When all 24 quizzes have been passed, learners must take a 50-question exam to earn their certificate. Program graduates will be able to download their JERRY Certificate online from their My Learning page.

 

WHAT IS MY LEARNING PAGE?

My Learning page is a history of all JERRY courses assigned. It includes upcoming and completed courses and certificates.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER FOR A JERRY CERTIFICATE PROGRAM?

The JERRY registration fee is USD 30. Registered learners have 365 days to complete a JERRY Certificate Program.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?

If a learner forgets their password, they can reset it using the link provided via the JERRY login page at jerryglobal.com. With your user name, you can request an email to reset your password. Passwords are case sensitive, so be sure to write it down and keep it in a safe place. Remember to check your junk or clutter folder if you do not receive your password reset email within two minutes. If all else fails, email help@jerry.global and a JERRY Team member will contact you within 24 hours.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY USERNAME?

For individuals, your username is your email address provided at checkout. For teams, your username was assigned to you by your team leader. Check with your team leader if you forget your username.

 

WHY IS JERRY RUNNING SLOW?

JERRY provides cloud based learning on the fastest server network in the world. Decreased loading speeds happen for two reasons, internet connectivity issue or an issue with your device short term memory.

 

(1) JERRY saves your progress automatically up until the point where internet connection is lost, if you experience a temporary lapse in internet, navigate back to jerryglobal.com and resume your learning once connection is reestablished.

 

(2) JERRY, like all websites, takes require enough space int the short term memory of your smart device to run. If you experience extended loading times, clear your recent history (one week to one month) or cache and navigate to jerryglobal.com to resume your learning. Not only will JERRY run faster, but other websites will as well!

 

WHY AM ASKED TO RESET MY PASSWORD EVEN THOUGH IT IS CORRECT?

Learners who have been inactive for 30 days or more must reset their password. To get the most from JERRY, login at jerryglobal.com at least once every 30 days.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A LEARNER’S 365 DAYS EXPIRES?

Learners are given 365 days to complete each certificate program. If a learner is unable to complete the program within the initial 365 days, they can request an extension via help@jerry.global.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A LEARNER DOES NOT PASS THE SAME QUIZ IN FIVE ATTEMPTS?

Learners are given five chances to pass each quiz, including each certificate exam. If a learner does not pass the same quiz after five attempts, they can request an additional opportunity to take and pass that quiz via help@jerry.global.

 

IS JERRY FUNDED BY BRANDS?

No. JERRY is a fully independent company.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE JERRY?

Maximize retention by alternating between JERRY Courses and JERRY Activities. Learners are given 365 days to complete a certificate program. To request an extension, email help@jerry.global.

 

WHAT IS THE LEARNING LIBRARY?

The Learning Library is available to all learners and contains elective courses, compliments of JERRY.

 

DOES SOMEONE NEED TO PASS CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS IN ORDER?

No. Learners can complete JERRY Certificate Programs in any order.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH LEVELED CERTIFICATE PROGRAM?

JERRY offers five levels of online F&B education. Level I is an introductory program that covers the basics of beverage and hospitality. Level II is an advanced program with an increased level of difficulty. Levels III, IV, and V are designed to prepare managers for the job. All programs offer online reading, videos, activities, quizzes and a final exam. Graduates will receive a certificate via their My Learning Page.

 

CAN SOMEONE TAKE MORE THAN ONE CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS AT A TIME?

Yes. Those interested can take one, two, or all JERRY Certificate Programs at the same time.

 

IS JERRY AVAILABLE FOR TEAMS AND GROUPS?

Yes. JERRY offers restaurants, bars, and F&B groups reduced rates. Interested establishments can register on the website’s Purchase page. Once payment has been made, a member of the JERRY Team will follow up with team login details.
